Information for wrongly terminated probationary and temporary employees
NTEU filed a lawsuit alongside a coalition of unions on February 12 that challenges the unlawful terminations of probationary and temporary employees.
NTEU requested that the court stop these removals from taking effect and return employees to their positions.
